XBMC - XBox Media Center is a great way to test your scripts without having to access your media device.

Programmer's Notepad 2 - I use this to develop my Lua Scripts, it supports syntax highlighting and auto complete with the API Keywords and Overloads from above.

Adding Donation buttons

You can add donation links for Paypal and Amazon Gift Cards. For Paypal just add [paypal=YOUREMAIL@email.com] and for Amazon Gift Cards [giftcard=YOUREMAIL@email.com] the buttons will be automatically created for you.

Charging for your Scripts and Plugins and Adding a Google Checkout Button

The site now supports charging for your Plugins and Scripts by requiring a Download Key, and, at the moment, it only supports Google Checkout.

The first thing you need to do is sign up for a Google Checkout Merchant Account.

When you're ready to start selling your plugin or script go ahead and Add it to the site, during the addition process provide a unique Download Key (you can also update a current script to require a key as well).

After your Google Checkout Account is set up and your plugin or script has been added/updated with a Download Key you can Create a Buy Now Button which can be broken down and inserted into your file's comments along with instructions on how to complete the purchase.
