Hey Bob - the tough thing about buffering issues is that there isnt any logic in the script itself that would impact how it buffers or the need for buffering. The script will only find the video source and tell playon to download it. I would have to think its either the source or something within playon that impacts how much that is required.. one thing i have noticed in the past was that i had to move my video performance from auto to 'high' or 'medium' to prevent bufferring within playon. Sometimes using one putlocker link it buffers and so i try another putlocker link and it works. So it could simply be something with the links provided.

btw 5star doesnt auto update anything other than the m2k script. When an update is posted, you will have to manually run the "update your scripts" option. Its probably just good practice to run that every once in a while for now as I dont think auto update is a good idea for the entire package at this time. I try to post in both the forums and on the 5starflicks page the last time I updated the scripts just so everyone is aware of whether or not they really need to run the updater, but it doesnt hurt to run it too much either

Hi again Sedric, Sorry to bother you again but to update other than m2k all I do is run the updater from the XBOX script or redownload from the PC the entire script again? Yours is the only one I dont understand? Sorry for sounding lost but you have 5 scipts in 0ne folder and know of no other way to update other from my XBOX360 5 star scipt updater or reinstall from the PC? I think that made sense? Thanks Sedric! I always claimed the xbox as the best as i have 3 and did notice after trying 8 different sources on a movie I found one that didnt buffer? Is there any way to get rid of the others? Your scripts are good but the buffering kills it! The others now offer the Cam movies and rarely have the bufering issue? The best you have so far is the movie2k clean but if I pause the movie the voice to mouth gets out of sink.Thanks again for your support, Bob

i wish - but from a script perspective, there isnt any way for me to know which of those 8 links is going to work better than the others. m2k is the best of the hosts, but also the best script because it was my first.. and now celebrating its 1 year birthday from when i first started it. i definately put the most time into it, but i never wrote any code that impacts the buffering speeds.

thanks - yea i just started looking into them and noticed that the website is down, which means it wont work again until they bring it back up. i'll keep an eye out to see if any script changes are necessary.

If you are referring to the tv shows script itself, that one should be working. try running the updater and restarting playon for that one in particular.

void -you are right, there was a massive change on the tv shows area. i made some massive changes to the script today to accommodate - so hopefully it will work after you run the updater and restart playon. let me know how it goes this time.

np- glad we are running again. ive been working on the american horror story series... its good

there were some reports of this earlier in the week. the site was down for a minute but it is back up.

i will try and fix this script and moviestvlinks this weekend.

no you don't have to pay every time a new version comes out and to update you shouldn't even have to download the script over again all your updates can be done inside the script itself hope this helps!

I no longer get Putlocker , tvmovielinks, or 10star; the only two that showup now are M2k and a new one pirate something. Even after updating this is what shows up now and has been this way for a few days now. What happened?
