I have tried to update a few scripts lately and when I download the supposed updated script and install it I'm still showing the old version. When the author of these scripts post a different page to download the update it works. The recent update to TVchannels Live is an example where the last couple updates I downloaded here would not update the script but the link provided in the support page worked as expected. Tonight I tried to update KidsWB but it still shows version 0.0.0

You're probably downloading scripts by hotTamale. He has a special way of updating his scripts automatically. Whenever you download one of his scripts from here you no longer need to manually update. All of his scripts automagically update themselves.
