Troubleshooting:
1.) If you are having trouble updating or are receiving an error, you can try getting the latest version here. 2.) Only have one copy of the script installed at any given time. 3.) Make sure the site you are trying to access is online. 4.) If you are having problems with content in the script, try clearing your cache. I am not sure why there's ever a problem, but this fixes issues that can occur after update. Waiting 1 hour might do it too.
