Troubleshooting:
1.) If you are having trouble updating or are receiving an error, you can try getting the latest version here. 2.) Only have one copy of the script installed at any given time. 3.) Make sure the site you are trying to access is online. -- Be sure to stop the Media Server in PlayOn Settings before trying any of the following -- 4.) If you are having problems with content in the script, try clearing your cache. I am not sure why there's ever a problem, but this fixes issues that can occur after update. Waiting 1 hour might do it too. WinXP - C:/Program Files/MediaMall/plugins/Cache/ Win7 - C:/Program Files (x86)/MediaMall/plugins/Cache/ ^---------> Notes on searching: 1. When you want to search for something with non-alphanumeric character(like punctuation), use a space in it's place. 2. Learn how to use search here. Search options are shown beneath "----- Search -----". Device limitations with searching(ps3, xbox360): 1. Search suggestions only work with shows as long as the results are narrowed down to a single page.
